Add Dynamic Weather
Every map should have different times of day, maybe even some night vision gear capabilities for night, and weather like rain, and fog and storms. the game feels the same every game.

Add night vision and IR vision so that thermal vision is not too op. Night vision would work like regular vision but in the dark (doesn't highlight enemies), thermal vision highlight enemies and allies but doesn't tell you which is which, and IR is a mix of the other 2 that allow you to see better and highlights enemies but works at shorter ranges so you won't see enemies that are too far out
Add dynamic weather and day and night cycles as this would make the previous point more necessary. It would be awesome if this could happen during the match or if it lasts too long but simply allowing the map to have a setting that you can chose from the beginning would be a very welcomed option. (Night, sandstorm, rain, snowstorm) rain and snow will render thermal useless, IR will get reduced performance

In BF4 was a good night maps. Idea is good, but now game need first to fix technical issues.
