Please Explain this Please

If I have a gun that does 25 damage, why does it take 5 shots to down the 10 yard target in the test range? 6 shots for the rest of the targets.  

Couple that with the non existent hit reg, and you have quintessential Battlefield. 

this is a shooter that doesn't do good at shooting. the beta was much better, what did you mess up between then and now? DICE fix this right ASAP. at this point I'm never buying a BF game again. I'm fine dying to a better player, but dying cause your crap servers use RNG for hit detection, that's trash.
