With the experience of battlefield 2042, this should have already been expected, and a solution ready to implement at a moments notice.
Dev sets demanding conditions to unlock gears is encouraging players to abuse XP farms or bots. Since everyone wants to focus on playing games not a slave of games/gears instead.
