Portal Custom map with vehicles

there is a run locally setting, after you click on the experience it says under host to host locally.
Yes you can only run locally for non-verified modes.. Currently verified modes are the only ones the populate with vehicles. And those verified modes in portal don't allow you to upload custom map edits.
You can drop vehicles in using the Portal SDK. I was able to drop multiple vehicles in the map.
