Yesterday a Winner, Today I Forgot How to Shoot — Thanks, DICE & EA!

Thank you once again, DICE and EA.

Yesterday I won 4 ranked games and everything felt great. Gunfights made sense, bullets actually seemed to work, and the game almost fooled me into thinking consistency was a feature.

Today? I’m losing practically every single 1v1.

Same player. Same setup. Same settings. Apparently, completely different laws of physics.

You’ve truly created an incredible game — about as predictable as the weather in the mountains. One day everything works, the next day you’re wondering whether your bullets have been replaced with strongly worded suggestions.

At this point, playing ranked feels less like a competitive FPS and more like opening a mystery box:

Will my shots register today? Will I win a 1v1? Will yesterday’s settings still work? Nobody knows!

Maybe tomorrow I’ll suddenly become good again. I can’t wait to find out what version of my character the servers assign me.

10/10 consistency. Truly impressive.

  • And by the way, EA and DICE — have you guys heard of Wardogs?

You might want to Google it while you still have some players left on the RedSec servers.

Because if Wardogs delivers even half of what players are hoping for, you may suddenly discover a fascinating new Battlefield feature: empty servers.

Players have been telling you what's wrong with RedSec over and over again. Inconsistent gunfights, questionable hit registration, matches that somehow feel completely different from one day to the next — and yet the response often feels like we're talking to a wall.

Competition is coming. And unlike your community, it won't keep patiently explaining the same problems forever.

So maybe instead of assuming Battlefield players will always stay because it's Battlefield, it would be a good time to actually listen to them.

    Because loyalty isn't permanent.

Keep ignoring the community and Wardogs might solve RedSec's problems for you — by taking away the players who are still complaining about them.

But hey, at least the servers should run smoothly when nobody's on them. 👏

  • The issue is the fire fights are roll the dice with the server. On top of that these new devs added limb multipliers while hit registration wasnt fixed which made hit reg a even bigger mess. Those last updates made things worse.... it was a horrendous idea to add multipliers while hit reg was still a horrified mess
