[Portal] Don't disable farm experience.

Removing efficient farm experience will farm server uptime increases.
This is backfire if want to reduce farm servers.

Before BF6 release, developer said could earn full XP on portal servers.
I believed it and preorder, but that was scam promotion.
Please restore bot kill XP to full XP and keep your promise.
