Portal is abandoned or what? Where is hardcore?

Are you aware that most of the people have to try to join a portal server kinda 10/15 times? And always, after the loading of the map, we find ourselves back to the menu for no reason?
We have constantly to try to clear cache (both EA and Battlefield 6 folder).

I don't know how games are made but I really don't understand how a new map patch, or a fix patch can screw up something that it's not even mentioned in the patch.

And again why hardcore servers are not ALWAYS available to everyone, instead of some spot decision that make available for 1 week or so?
Spawn system in DICE hardcore setting is silly. People should be able to spawn on each other instead of only on the squad leader. BF is a team game and by adding this settings you're screwing up the core game itself. 
If a squad manage to break through enemies defence and reach a base, the team leader is killed he cannot do anything but spawning in another base and try to reach again the team. And that's stupid.

Why all efforts seems to be on redsec and not on the core game?
