Portal player count restriction

Very simple. Let us start our portal server games with solo player. My friends and I play bf6 portal, verified game modes. Sometimes there's 4 of us, sometimes only 2 or 3. Sometimes I just want to play solo. We should be able to launch our server with only 1 or 2 people. Rather ridiculous that we can't do this. 

Tired of people making farming servers that sit empty? Ban them from making servers. Also, simply get rid of persistent servers. If they have the server id, they can start a server, just not persistent so it doesn't fill up server space for absolutely no reason. 

You told us we would get full xp across portal. Liars! Give us what you promised us. Example- Let us turn off launchers so the bots don't snipe us with rpg from across the map while we are full speed circling in a helicopter. Small changes to a server shouldn't completely kill our xp gain. You want us to play your game, make it so that we want to play your game.
