I don't think any game devs will respond to questions here, but I will.
ViperStudiosAndy is a great resource with a ton of youtube videos and templates. These will get you started:

I would skip to around the 8:30 mark for the first time watching, just to see what is involved in making your own experience. Then go back and watch the details when you are ready to dig in more.
Or, you could just jump into the experiences I provided which are exactly what you said you want.
Or, I can send you the files so you can "make" the experiences in Portal yourself and then start messing around with them and learn as much as you want or don't want.
As much as we genuinely really do appreciate what you are doing and have done to help us, I am with Gak1974 here, it should NOT be this bloody hard.
And how about they honour their agreement from the sales pitch and marketing and give us the Game and Portal we were promised.
What we have now is not what was promised, it's not even the same as the BETA.
