Premature Reloading Should Waste Ammo

Can we not all agree that shooting four bullets just to crackhead / kneejerk reload should waste the remaining amount of ammo in the mag? I think this actually fits very well with BF gameplay because...

hopefully they will make a hardcore mode for players like you. (it existed in BF3 and BF4)
