Progress EA APP -> Steam

Hi, will the progress be transferred from playing beta in EA App and now purchasing the game in steam? I checked in https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts and I have my steam account linke...

Just so you know, any progress made during the beta will not be available during the full release; your account will be seen as new.

By progress I meant all the skins, dog tags etc. Will this be transferred?
