Proposed changes

I've played for 187 hours at this point and i've reflected on the class experience.
I thoroughly believe that the classes have more potential and should have a better pick rate across the board.
This list has been in the making for some time and i'd like to propose some changes to see if it has potential for a positive impact.

Assault:
Supply pouch added as a gadget option.
Smoke grenade added as a gadget option.
Increased ammo reserves when utilizing the weapon sling.

Adrenalin rush exchanged for heavy armour.
Frontline soldiers are equipped with heavy armor that gives them 25 extra hp.

Reasons: Assault has in previous titles had a supply pouch, adding it again would allow for a more effective frontline playstyle.
Locking smoke grenades on supports only makes it so assaults have to rely on supports to be able to push.
More often than not it's thrown on a dead body rather than a objective to push, or even to smoke a crossing.
The smoke grenade will allow assaults to push as intended.
The slightly increased ammo reserves will make it so you don't feel punished for using the weapon sling, adding more variety.
The heavy armour would give assaults that choose the frontline path a slight edge to lead the way effectively.
The changes would establish the class identity so you would pick it with a purpose.
It should make it more appealing for people pick the class for their purpose and strengths.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Engineer:
No changes needed as they are near perfect and play their role with the intended purpose.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Support:
Fix the defibrillator bug.
A reduced ammo and health resupply speed from your own supply bag.
The ammo restock speed now matches that of the battle royal mode for yourself.
Health regen starts after 1.5s of deploying the supply bag for yourself.

Steady aim exchanged for Suppression expert.
Suppression expert increases suppression and makes it so that bullets that hits during suppression sways suppressed enemies weapons at ranges over 65m.

Explosives resistant exchanged for Combat training.
Combat training allows the support to reload box fed lmg's faster.

Reasons: Support has become the all in one class without downsides.
Nerfing the personal healing and resupply should align the class to have some downsides, while also giving them a reason to rely on other supports.
The passive changes makes it so that the fire support path becomes just that, a more true fire support.
Removing the damage reduction and mounting bonuses should make them more active, rather than encouraging a bipod setup at the edge of the map.
Suppression is not an effective tool as of now, so adding the weapon sway for bullets that hits should encourage the use of suppression.
To match the suppression changes the Combat training should encourage larger magazine lmg's to be more viable and used for suppression.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Recon:
Spec ops changes:
Low profile exchanged for High caliber.
High caliber boosts the damage and allows recons to 1 shot headshot with a dmr within 80m.

Stealth tactics exchanged for Adrenaline rush.
Adrenaline rush rewards active recons on the frontlines with a faster health recovery speed when being close to objectives and closer range firefights.
Health recovery activates 3s faster, going from 5-2s.

Reasons: The suggested changes would allow recons to be actively participating on the frontlines as an option.
It encourages high skill players to be on the frontlines and reaping the rewards of the high caliber perk.
The increased health recovery perk will allow the active recons to be rewarded for being upfront.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think this would help to create a more cohesive class gameplay with more variety, while also increasing the pick rates of the other classes.
I'm certain that the suggested changes will resonate with some, just as the opposite will be true.
Do let me know what you think, how you would go about it and changes you agree or disagree with.
Have a good day soldiers.
