Puerto Rico flag patch

Actually there are lots of flags available and for no good reason that I can think of there are lots and lots more that are still locked.

Why???  Makes no sense to make these a gift or whatever....

It was because of the World Cup. That's why only certain countries have them at the moment.

Ah ok.  Canada was in the competition too but last I checked it is still locked.  Thanks for the explanation though.

Canada was available during the event, but if it wasn't claimed at the time it will be locked now I believe.

Edit: Here's it is 🙂

LOL, now that I did not know!!  Thanks ElliotLH for clearing that up.

It would still be a nice gesture to make all the flags available now so that players can choose to show their colors and wear them with pride.

I completely agree. Hopefully they bring them back in the near future.

I've also seen that some recent bundles have patches that reference countries (not the actual flags though if memory serves), so there's always a chance more could be added that way.

I have nothing against putting this flag in, but Puerto Rico not being a country makes it tricky. I mean where does it end? 195 countries and then we start adding the odd regional, state or ethnic flag? I don't see them making a 500+ flag pack anytime soon...

Since the game is now about a year old it really should have all the flags simply available now.  Makes absolutely no sense to keep them locked up.  I mean I know that soccer is done now but hockey season is in full swing and since I am a proud Canadian who was born on a hockey rink I feel that since there are probably more hockey tournaments than there is in soccer then release the flags.
