Purchase issue on 10.10
Hello everyone! Support couldn't help me because they didn't even read the question and just responded with boilerplate answers. The gist is that I, like many others, encountered a purchase issue when launching through the EA app on release day. Subsequently, as I learned on Reddit, EA acknowledged the problem and promised compensation in the form of XP boosts for the inconvenience. I recently saw on Reddit that people had received the promised compensation. I checked my game and email, but I didn't receive anything. So, the question is, how and where to apply for compensation from EA?
