yep I'm reporting the same problem. They should at least lower the EXP requirements or add more exp gain in PVP as compensation for lower EXP in portal.
If you really are so low skill to play against others, maybe work on getting better, not making the skill ceiling so low it trivialises the games competitive integrity.
If you think everything around you should be made easier for the lowest kinds of people (anime pfp havers) the people who actually put in the effort to get better have no intensive to try, and if there is no incentive to try, then people resort to cheating or not playing.

Now the fact is that EXP requirements in PVP remains high(around 1700kills before/1600kills now) while even higher in PVE(3500kills before/14000kills now)

I find that comment somewhat harsh against the OP. I also suggest that the OP may not have English as their first language, so you may want to give them a break.
And by the way, if you are an M.D as you state, then I think your bedside manner is terrible, and I would not want to be one of your patients. However, this does not matter because something is telling me you are not really an M.D. At least, I genuinely hope not.
