Purchased Phantom Edition but Phantom upgrade still shows in Add-ons

Hi everyone.

Long story short: I have purchased my Phantom Edition through EA app in December last.

Now, I'm surprised that Phantom add-on still is showing on my EA app as option to buy.

Is it normal? Asking as every add-on which I have purchased is showing as "You own this add-on"

Any feedback appreciated.
