Did the payment showed up in your monthly bank account statement?
sometimes, you get the message that it was paid, only for it to show up you never paid for it in the monthly bill (I had that a couple of times with Amazon)
There could be several reasons why it failed, like VPNs or other, but maybe you could try paying for it via other devices or storefronts, like using Steam instead of the EA App for PC
The payment showed up, and I paid it off. When I requested a refund, EA processed it the same day which clearly shows they received the money. Despite that, I’m still stuck without access to the game.
I don’t want to try purchasing from different stores because EA’s pricing is 10% cheaper, and I specifically want the perks included with the Battlefield 2042 Game Pass. That’s why I’ve been trying to resolve this directly through EA.
But after multiple attempts, I’m left with no game, no resolution, and no way to reach anyone who can actually fix the issue. It’s unacceptable that customer service reps have no access to escalate or resolve anything, even when the payment has clearly gone through.
