Queued Just to Play Campaign / Change Settings?

Please don't make us wait for a free spot to launch the game just to look at/change settings or play the Campaign.

Sometimes I just want to launch the game to check some configs for a friend, or make some quick tweaks - or I just want to play more of the Campaign, but I'm hindered at times waiting for a free spot on your servers to do any of this.  That should only happen if I'm attempting to do anything Multiplayer related.
