Quiet changes or something not right?

Had a weird one today: Every match of Cairo I run to first flag and destroy the cover. I can always destroy 3 panels before reload, then finish 4 and 5 panels with the next mag. Been doing this for months with the same weapon, from the same distance. It's my thing while I wait for flag cap. Today I went 2 rounds of Cairo where a clip only destroyed 2 panels.

Either they have downgraded the bullets for my weapon without my knowledge or the server is losing packets and not registering the hit?
