Rage Quit Bonus

Has this ever been discussed? Searching is hard. :) If you kill someone and they leave the room within a few seconds, you should get a 500 Rage Quit Bonus. Just a random thought. :)

Games full of cheaters like the one I lived this evening would make a lot of people rage quit ... but we didn't even have the time ! All of the CP were taken and the game lost so fast I had never seen that before ! Maybe 5 minutes for an expansion game on the Californian map.
I'm not sure rewarding cheaters is the way to go ...
