recent update cahnges

Whos idea? 

- Anti-Tank Mines now despawn 180 seconds after their owner is eliminated. 

Like in bf 4. Mines never despawned and it worked. Now if u use mines u have stupid loop dying and placing mines again. change this back NOW. 

-Restricted scout helicopter passengers from using Engineer rocket launchers.

WHY. u are just removing only in bf moments. Once again. if it worked bf4 and others so why to change it.

If u wanna nerf lbird just nerf damage and armor. Dice please wtf.

-Portable Mortal can now be deployed within HQ areas

WHAT. We already have problem people camping in own hq with tanks and other vehicles with that stupid protection from rockets. 

U are just making people camp more and more in own base.

What next? Remove ability add c4 to jeep. remove more only bf moments and make it more cod WOW.

Take step back with some changes and remember this is bf not COD
