Refund requested

After what they have done with portal I have now requested a refund. I am very disappointed because portal was helping me learn the game and making it possible to unlock things that I have absolutely no chance of doing now. They have completed ruined the experience for me and its ridclious we all get punished because of the xp farms I never for one used.  I've been cod for over 15 years so that things is second nature to me. I dont have the time to put into to get good enough to compete in the normal modes and portal was making it possible cause I was able to unlock weapons and attachments that I previously couldn't compete with. Don't get me wrong im a good shooter. It's not skill holding me back. I just can't compete with the people that know this game inside out are level 50+ and have everything unlocked it becomes so frustrating
