Refund Tool isn't Working

They disabled refunds to prevent people cancelling and buying from Steam. What an absolute disgrace.
Nearly as bad as releasing a AAA that a massive number of people can’t play.

You can open refund and refund ticket (I made 10 hours before) but they don't refund also game will be deleted on library. In extra you can't cancel refund too. :D
