Unfortunately, this is not the place to request a refund, as nobody here can access game accounts to provide one.
If you're outside the usual time frame allowed (the tool in the guide below can be used to check eligibility), you'll need to try speaking with EA Help to see if they can make an exception. The Contact Us button in the guide below should let you contact them, but you may need to provide details to the bot first of all.
That link is not helpful at all.
The situation here is, that EA has taken 1/3 of the game away from payed customers. There is no way to request a refund via ticket system.
If you're not able to get past the bot, you can try https://help.ea.com/customer-care instead. I just tried it and got the live chat option on the second page.
Regrettably, the only people who can handle refunds are EA Help, so it's them you need to speak with.

Zaxoro3 Sorry, that was my fault for apparently messing up the link. I'll correct it in my other comment, but the right one is https://help.ea.com/customer-care.
If putting "Refund" in the first box just gives the general guides, try selecting a different but closely matching option.
