Actually, they lied to us and promised us a free battle pass as compensation for their game launch, specifically for the EA App
I also have 1100 points to buy it and I wouldn’t even mind paying 25 euros. That’s not the point. They promised us.

I got the boosters eventually but never received the battlepass.

I was assuming it was because I kinda played for about 2 minutes on a rubbish portal server.

To sue a game company for false advertising, you must prove the company made material, misleading, or untrue statements that directly caused you financial loss, such as a "bait and switch" tactic or missing key features 

If the issue affects many users, a class action lawsuit is often the most effective route, as these cases are often based on broad deception.

The false information must have been important enough that it influenced your decision to purchase the game.

You must prove you saw the advertisement and relied on it when buying the game.

(((Bait and switch. Advertising a product that the company does not intend to sell or providing a product vastly different from the demo)))

Yep failed again alright, gotta say this is the worse battlefield experience I've ever had since I started with BF2.  I was annoyed my battlepass wasn't free as promised but then again I'm giving up on this game anyway its just a mess.
