Remove Cairo or replace it with a new map

All of the out of bounds cheating is getting out of hand and impossible to deal with. it's bad enough as it is having to deal with cheaters on the same ground level as you because your anti cheat software doesn't work as intended. Now we have to fight half of an entire team from locations that are out of bounds AND try doing it while not getting shot at by people who are ground level cheating or trying to play normally without cheating? 

This is a huge problem that was known about before the 2nd weekend update. Why has it not been addressed? Why wasn't it fixed with the required update?
