Remove the slide jump combo and jump spamming

Even more evidence that EA is bending the Battlefield franchise to just be COD-lite. 

It really getting worse and worse i cant even go trough 1 game without these clowns its time to chose BF team your loyal audience who has followed from disasters to peak games or the Cod-Apex audience who will pull the trigger as soonest the next hot game is out

I'll repeat my suggestions.

• Slide locks your vision to 180 degrees in direction of slide, meaning you can't look more than 90 degrees left or right.
• Slide forces you out of ADS and ADS can only be used with handstop attachment.
• You can no longer jump out of slides, you must stop sliding, stand, then jump.
• Slide no longer carries momentum, AT ALL, meaning as soon as you stop sliding you return to 100% MS max.
• B-hopping gets all the movement penalties it had in BF 3 and 4, meaning each successful Bhop lowers MS by around 20% or more
• Jumping applies a MS penalty, lasting for 1-2 seconds after you land, and stacks with bhopping, which lowers your max and gained MS by around 15-20% per stack.

Movement in BF6 sucks.  Titanfall had incredible movement, Apex has pretty good movement, the new CoDs are all trash, and they all run off the casual player base because if you aren't an adderal chomping methfreak you can't compete, and since BF6 has no real MM, you get matched with every one of these turbotrash players and can barely play the game.

Level the playing field.  Make the game fun because it's a shooter, not a boing bounce slide "look at me mom I'm as fast as sonic" *naruto music plays in background* sim.

The last time Vince worked on a CoD game was MW2 (2009) which features no sliding. The comparison is completely moot, it had been over a decade since that game had come out, a better comparison would be Titanfalling BF, but that probably doesn't make you feel as smart as you do pretending it's CoD.

FPS games simply evolved, we're beyond people standing still and slowly walking to their deaths, or abusing movement in unintended ways (see previous Battlefields). 

These threads only exist to whine about a mechanic that some people simply didn't evolve to adapt to, I hope Dice continues to ignore these threads as only a loud majority want to make the game worse.

• I agree with you guys. Im not saying the slide nor the jump should be removed. I understand sliding into cover. But run slide jump run again slide jump all over the map is a word I can't say... they should make it to where you can do 1 or the other(run+jump, or run+slide) and penLties should come along with it.. not both( run+jump+slide, or run+slide+jump)🤮 there needs to be a cool down after a jump or slide to where you cant immediately jump or slide following a jump or slide.

Ruxem​ yea especially when battlefield is more Cod than Cod is... ruxem.... dont forget vince. ... the ceo of of call of duty Modern warfare started this madness with 2042.... he was literally lead of battlefield when Patrick and others left.... so this is 100% a cod problem. You should look up why the original Battlefield team departed during early BF 2042. Our Battlefield origins was being taken away and the original Battlefield team stood against it... do your research 

There is no real downside to slide-jump, bullets still group nicely on the target. Take a leaf out of BF3 and scatter the grouping more.

It's a floor is lava type deal... bullets don't impact health as long as you feet aren't on the ground. Simultaneously all movement penalties disappear whilst airborne and headshot multipliers apply regardless.

The slide and slide/jump mechanic had no business in a BF game. It ruins game play. 

Its crazy EA actually put a how to "cheat around corners" into the game.
