Reporting is inadequate

I have reported multiple people in Battlefield 6. Some "action was taken". Others were stated as "found nothing wrong" or some version of that.

The problem is that the reporting is inadequate and points to lack of caring about the problem at all.

When we report a player we have very few options. When we report for cheating, we can't even add exactly WHY we are reporting them. Cheating is very vague. It isn't always "THEY HAVE AN AIMBOT!" We need to be able to add what we believe they are doing.

Example: I reported someone once for cheating. I received a response within 24 hours stating that they were found to be doing nothing wrong. The player in question was exploiting to get under the map and taking conquest points while shooting us from beneath the map. We could not shoot them as we could not see them. When we were killed we could see their highlight under the map. It was discussed in the chat of that game. It was very clear cut cheating, but your system claimed they did nothing wrong.

The system needs to be overhauled so that we can explain our claim. Especially since, if we try to report these problems in the forums to better explain the issue and get it more visibility we are "shaming/bullying" which is ridiculous. If we are bullying by exposing a cheater then this is a systemic problem with EA and its devs refusing to deal with player problems or even protecting bad actors.

Sounds like incompetence on EA's part. Quite a bit of handwaving when it comes to dealing with cheaters. Did they look at the game in question? Because that is EXACTLY what needs to be done. Do you understand that EA?
