Reporting system either broken or pointless

Every time I've reported someone for clearly violating the charter I get an email stating that "We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time."

Either you don't really care that people are violating the charter or you're incapable of holding people who violate the charter to account. I suggest that you remove the "report" button so as not to waste the time of people who do care and want to help create a better community.

Also, block? What does that do? I blocked and ignored a griefer and was put in the same squad with them in the next match. If you want us to just "get over it... it happens" then just say that. Don't provide us with solutions that don't work.
