Resupply from any support player

I know you can run up and just take ammo off a support when they won't drop  ammo for your primary gun but can you please just make it so they can take ammo off for empty gadgets like the rpg too?  I'm so tired of trying to fight a tank with a support that won't use his ammo bag while we are on a point and I'm yelling for ammo.  Should just be a super simple update.
