Reporting/blocking inGame, Chat-filter

Hi, 

in BF2042 you can often find racist coments from other players shortly before the map ends/changes. Leaving you to decide to leave the queue and look for him or continue playing.
I would love to report these even when the round ended and we are receiving our points. Let the chat still be visible but not active anymore.

I encountered at least 20 incidents like that, sometimes went out and wanted to report him but could not find his name in the last players list. 

To block another player ingame is a too long process. Let me right-click his name and choose block with a security question if i really want to. If i still answer with yes, i got him blocked. 
In comparison to BF2042, i get sent into EA-APP and have to block him there or can even add him as a friend... 

And the chat filter should be loosend a bit for BF6 but the user has to be taken responsible for his words (s.u.). 
Mother jokes, wishing someone else cancer or any other sickness etc, this is something i believe has nothing to do at all in a video game and should get penalized similiar to cheating.

Maybe EA can start something new in the Gaming community, getting back the respect between the players. Especially when you think that we are all having the same hobby. I believe most games fail, because of a toxic community.

Possible penalty list:
Tier 1-> one game day no chat function
Tier 1 Strike -> one game week no chat function
Tier 2 -> one game week no chat function
Tier 2 Strike -> four game weeks no chat function
Tier 3 -> 1 month no chat function
Tier 3 Strike-> Account Banned for x amount of time
