Request for Casual Conquest game mode

I love battlefield, I’ve been having so much fun with the game, I used to be huge on call of duty but over the years they broke the game and it became unplayable, I’ve been looking for an amazing war shooter and BF6 has topped it this year, now ik some will say I’m a baby r I’m childish but ik we have casual breakthrough, but I enjoy conquest, I work HVAC and run a business so it’s hard being able to keep up with the players that r on 24/7 basically, I would love to play a game of conquest and build up XP and just have fun without having to stress about getting little to no XP cuz I’ve been demolished all game, all I’m asking for is if we can plz plz plz bring in a Casual conquest game mode with it still being competitive but a bit more relaxed and enjoyable for guys like me tha want the little less stress, im not tryna play like a pro r care about my stats but I would enjoy something like casual conquest, something similar to the casual breakthrough mode
