Reticle intensity

Is anyone else having issues seeing your reticle or am I just old lol I'd love to have an opinion to increase the intensity of optics with a red center like red dots or thermals. I'm not asking for multiple colors just intensity for better sight picture because as it stands I stay away from all low magnification red dots and won't even think about using them on pistols.

I'm not young, so I don't know if this helps. I often can't see the thermal 1.5 reticle, if just seems to wash out because it's so thin. I agree, allow us to increase the thickness of the reticle.
