Revert C4 nerf/changes

In the latest update, C4 was nerfed, but there is no mention of it in the patch notes. Please revert this change. C4 now deals 99 damage at close range instead of 100. I believe this isn't the only change made to C4, but I haven't played long enough to notice all of them.

Yea man, I bounced a C4 off a mans head and blew it up, then he killed me.

Didn't they have a patch note about rounding errors causing people to survive things? I never noticed that, but now I've absolutely seent it.
Crazy updates recently.
