Revives need more incentives
Title says it all. There needs to be more incentives to revive players. Too many matches there's been lack of action from the medics. Its degrading to gameplay watching the medic ignore your request....

I think reviving itself already has pretty strong incentives. It gives you 50 points for a regular revive and 100 points for a squad revive. In addition to that, there's the fact that you now have a teammate supporting you. There's probably a different reason why people are not reviving:
- Lack of awareness: You need to be looking around to find players that are dead.
- Lack of smoke grenades: Currently, only the Support class has smokes, while your non-support squad mates can also revive you.
So I think the easiest two solutions to this problem are to introduce some user interface improvements that would allow a medic to be more clearly notified whenever there's somebody near you asking for a revive. In addition to that, introducing smoke grenades to all classes would certainly help.
If you want to take it one step further, you could consider adding revives to the scoreboard.
Valid points. You do have to stare at the map hard constantly to find those down.
