Rewards (ROAD TO BF6, and Open Beta)

It has been almost four months since the game’s release, and I still have not received my rewards for Road to Battlefield 6 and the Open Beta.

When I launched the game for the first time, I had a message in my inbox informing me that I was eligible to claim the rewards, but there was no button or option to actually claim them. Later, I read on the forums that an update was supposed to fix this issue and that the developers were working on it. Unfortunately, nothing has changed so far.

I also contacted EA Support, and they informed me that everyone who was supposed to receive the rewards has already received them, and that they cannot do anything from their side.

At this point, I still do not have my rewards, despite meeting all the requirements. I would really appreciate any help or clarification on how this issue can be resolved.
