RSVP issue

Hi there, I received an invite for labs yesterday, but when I click the rsvp it just takes me to the homepage. When I login in it doesn't log me in either it just sits on the homepage and nothing else. I'm trying to sign up for PS5 but nothing works at all. Thanks!
