SBMM changes?

This week i feel like the SBMM has been buffed very badly and its gotten completely rediculous with causal games that are consistantly full of die hard red level 250+ where you see things happening you normally wouldn't.
This means BF6 atm plays like most other modern online FPS games where you get punished for being good by only being allowed to play with other good players. Personally i find that far from enjoyable for a casual game mode. In Gauntlet or gamemode with less players i could understand it, but for a 32vs32 conquest game it's just redicluous and far from enjoyable.

I'm ok with messing around with the SBMM now and then to see what fits best or give people a different experience on different days. However, if this is the way forward i don't see myself playing BF6 very long. I quit playing Apex Legends for the same reason and only came back to BF6 because it never had, and never needed SBMM at the level it's at now. Please don't make this the standard!

Or am i dreaming? and are only the die-hards left still playing the game?

  • Could care less about the level, but wouldn't mind better balancing on the teams. Been in plenty of games where I have a whole team level 150-200+ where I'll have like 40-50+ kills/10+ captures. While the second best player would have ~3 kill with 15+ deaths/1 capture. The rest of the team would be like 1-2 kills 20+ deaths/0 captures. Meanwhile, the other team would have mostly 20+ kills / 3-4 captures per person. Pretty tough to carry. But then again, individual skills are not as impactful in this game than in lets say CS2.
