Scout Heli and minigun

My goodness, you can take out a boat a armored boat with the miniguns without overheating. The scout is definitely overpowered. I don't know if you will ever do anything against that but man does it suck to play against it. Rockets that are cheap kills, miniguns that are way to fast to kill.
