EA need to add in the game or forum some where it is publicly available a graph to show reports raised, reports undertaken and reports found invalid. I have submitted quiet a few reports and have received the "We wanted to catch up with you to let you know that we’ve taken action on a player you reported for breaking the rules in Battlefield." email. and some others where I get nothing at all, not even a "No action was taken this time"
EA are continually shy to show the banned figures for more obvious reasons, like the rampant ongoing cheating issue the game has especially now it seems EA's pinnacle anti cheat Javelin has been continually outpaced by cheat providers. EA claim they monitor many different metrics yet produce very little hard evidence to back up there claims, leading to people thinking they are inflating ban's like DELTAFORCE have been accused of. EA claimed they will be more transparent and honest with the player base but are very coy when it comes to cheating claims, reports and bans. The stats can disclose where the root cause is and then EA can discipline how they want. In essence EA are providing the the minimal requirement, and getting minimal results.
