Season 3 Performance Bottleneck

Wanted to share because it's affecting my ability to play the game. I've been really enjoying the new Golmud map but I've observed something strange since the Season 3 update. Prior to, I was consistently getting 100+ fps on low-medium settings no matter the map. Since the update, I'm averaging 60-80 fps and on large maps like Golmud, can barely scrape by 50 on low settings + ultra performance DLSS. This is unplayable. I have an RTX 3070 which should supply more than enough juice. Strangely, when I try downscaling the resolution from 1440p to 1080p, the frame rate remains the same. I have no frame limiter in place on my system, monitor, card, or in-game. I've cleared my GPU cache, my ping is <60, and I've deleted the HD texture pack that caused some others issues.

I'm really unsure what to do at this point but it's extremely frustrating because it means if these performance changes stand then I won't be able to play the game further. Please let me know if you've found any solutions, or to EA, if you've recognized major performance drops and are working to mitigate them.
