Season 4 Tsuru map ideas

To the Battlefield Development Team,

As a new fan of the series, I am incredibly excited about the direction of Season 4 and the Tsuru Reef map. However, I believe there is a massive opportunity to make this the "best Battlefield ever" by merging the cinematic immersion of Battlefield 1 with the deep sandbox mechanics of Battlefield 4.

I would like to formally suggest the following features to push the "All-Out Warfare" experience to the next level:

1. Dynamic Match Starts & Mid-Game Carrier Arrival

Instead of a static spawn, the match should feel like a real invasion:

-The Beach Landing:

Matches should begin with squads arriving in transport helicopters and landing craft carrying tanks. A seamless "mini-cutscene" or high-immersion sequence should show the teams hitting the coast and establishing their base.

-The Carrier Deployment:

To keep the game evolving, Planes and Jets should not be available instantly. Instead, mid-way through the match, a message should alert all players that the Aircraft Carrier has arrived. Players should be able to see the carrier physically approaching from the horizon. Once it anchors, the "Air Combat" phase of the game officially unlocks, making the carrier the most important objective on the map.

2. Destructible Aircraft Carriers & Map-Changing Events

The Aircraft Carrier should be a high-value, destructible asset, not just a static plane carrier:

-The "Titan" Influence:

Players must be able to attack the carrier from the outside or board it to sabotage the core.

-The Tsunami Effect:

In the spirit of "Levolution," the destruction of a carrier should trigger a massive tsunami that physically floods coastal areas. This shifts the gameplay into intense, water-logged infantry combat for the remainder of the match.

1. The "BF1" Immersion Standard

We miss the "heavy," gritty feeling of Battlefield 1. We suggest:

-Physicality:

Bringing back BF1-style animations for entering/exiting vehicles and "Kinesthetic" movement (dragging teammates).

-Atmosphere:

A return to the terrifying, concussive audio design and "war tapes" feel that makes the player feel like they are in a real conflict.

1. Balanced "High-Risk" Tactical Strikes

To avoid "killstreak spam," powerful events like Airstrikes should be rare and earned:

-Squad-Lead vs. Team Vote:

While Squad Leaders could request strikes via a "Squad Points" system, a Team-Wide Vote or a Commander Mode approval would ensure these tools are used strategically.

-Objective-Based Triggers:

Make the "Airstrike Radio" a physical point on the map that must be captured and defended.

1. Player Density & Scale

For massive maps like Tsuru Reef, maintaining a high player count (at least 32v32 or 50v50) is essential to ensure the map feels like a war zone, not a walking simulator.

Battlefield is at its best when it creates "Only in Battlefield" moments. Combining the soul of BF1 with the strategy of BF4 is how you win back the community.
