Secondary drop-off damage

Please make the M44 have a smoother dmg drop off. Even with hollow point which was quite a grind to get the damage goes from 120 instant kill headshot at 20 meters to 58 damage at 25 meters. All the other pistols have a smoother drop off of damage over distance that's more incremental. I like 58 damage for longer range engagements and the body shots dropping from 60 to 33 is fair. 
But at 25 meters to maybe like 45 meters I feel the headshot could be 80 and body shot 40?  
I'm pretty biased as I use the weapon a lot but it's frustrating that it's one of the only pistols without an incremental drop off to damage.
