SECURE BOOT

I would like to know what I need to do in order to enable secure boot. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work out. I think my mother board is too old, being from 2019 and have no clue how to update my windows. In my opinion I think these games are missing out on a whole player base by having secure boot as a requirement. secure boot should not be a requirement, whose idea was it to make a software wall to stop people from playing the game. I did purchase the game thinking I would be able to play on release because I OWN THE CONTENT, but no. I cannot figure this out and need help
