Server Queue- Strike Point

Strikepoint: We're a group of friends that have played together for a few decades, we enjoy playing the new gametype strikepoint for it's infantry competitive design. It makes sense to me that along the way of meeting other strikepoint teams and only having the ability to potentially add new ppl you meet as friends, we should have an option to create a private server and match any team anytime and not just when the random chance of matchmaking organically randomly happens (horrible design on purpose obviously).  This is a no brainer, y'all seem to be forcing players to play this game for the developers intention and not the players experience. Guess what? We're the ones that pay to play, so make changes or players will simply move on.
