Slam Mines. First time?? DICE..

Love the default land mines. Well done DICE!

Please have the Devs that did Slam Mines play BF4 and see how EFFECTIVE slam mines work.

These mines are Magnetic and stick to tanks. At least in BF4. Movement by the tank sets off the mines even if you die somehow after planting the mines.

I ran Slams one full match and didn’t even see one go off. I planted them on enemy tanks. I planted them on main roadways. I planted them on structures where tanks pass by. All of my usual tricks that work in BF 4 and never even saw a damage message, much less slam mine kills.

i also tried using them but they did not seem to work or did very little damage and was not noticable.

I am quite unhappy with the land mines. So many things (passive spotting by gunner, spec ops recon, drones, etc) can spot/destroy them, they seem to be ineffective in the sense that no one rolls over them, no matter the placing. i would appreciate changing the requirements for getting the combat engineer path unlocked :)
