SMG range nerf, LMG suppression buff

SMGs shouldnt be super accurate at long ranges, several times when they killed me from very long ranges.

LMGs have very little suppression capabilities compared to BF3 and 4, needs a serious upgrade to use for its intended purpose (Suppressive Fire). 

Explosives need a splash damage buff as well, shouldnt have to hit someone in the chest with a rocket or grenade to kill.
