You do realise that snipers have a massive "look at me" white glint that comes off their scopes? if you are not out in the open, you'll not get shot. also jump and slide while out in the open to cut down the chance of them getting a clean head shot. You just need to develop your situational awareness. If a sniper kills me, then I know I was careless.
Sure, but that does not mean you will not get plinked once in a while: there's always gonna be times where your focus is elsewhere and an unrevealed sniper takes advantage. It's fine in multiplayer, but it must be horrible in RedSec.
No different in MP when a snipe can be a few hundred meters away and you linger by a door a little too long and they have a clean shot between a building through a window and ping you. I've done it myself, i bet that guy was calling me all the hacking names in the world. I must have watched me move back and forth by the gap for about 4 seconds and the second he stopped I nailed him. same as I've done sniper shots from the wing of the downed global master and took a guy off the top of the high rise. staying still is what gets you killed 99% of the time.
