Just report-if people are silly enough to use chronus and risk getting banned then thats on them, imagine paying $100 bucks for a game to cheat and get banned in the first month.
Seen 2 PC and 1 console user get banned in the last day or so once i reported them.

How are you seeing that they've been banned?
Did you ever stop and think that they may not in fact have even purchased the game?
