Solo mode and coop with full progression

Coming from a player who spends a lot of time in multiplayer, it gets really frustrating when lobbies don't have enough players. During off-peak times, the game can feel unplayable due to lopsided matches and bot backfill. It would be amazing to have solo or co-op modes with full progression so we actually have something fun to play and grind while waiting for lobbies to fill back up. Also this was marketed to be the case when game was coming.
